Technical Business Development Manager
Salary: Circa £30,000 per annum

We are recruiting for a Technical Business Development Manager. Reporting to our MD, and based at Rendlesham, near Woodbridge, Suffolk, you will work closely with our Sales Manager and Production and Technical staff. You will identify and develop new markets, the needs for new products and their design. There is a great scope for career progression within this company and you will be involved in many aspects of the business- including business development and new business but also providing a key role in marketing and product development.

You will have strong sales experience either as a sales executive, sales consultant, sales representative or new business / business development manager and be comfortable discussing technical questions and products with our clients. It is also necessary to demonstrate productive and effective account management. You will also have a demonstrable business acumen and a record of success. Ideally, you can demonstrate sales experience in a technical area such as metalwork or plastic moulding - or perhaps sales experience in electrical or mechanical contracting in the construction industry.
